Our dream of dog breeding began with our first schnauzer, a Giant named Zeus. We had great plans, but life got in the way. Fast forward to today, we're both retired and have moved from Ontario to the beautiful and more laid-back Pictou, NS, along with Mitzi. Everything aligned perfectly to realize our dream when we added Tank to our family.

Yes, we were newbies at dog breeding, we were not sure if we would do it again but Mitzi did well, Tank did too. They were such good puppy parents so we think we would like to help others enjoy what these smart, adorable dogs can bring to a family through puppy adoption. We are desperately hoping to get through the next heat without a litter and our goal is trying again in the spring.

Both Mitzi and Tank were recently DNA tested and came back 100% miniature schnauzers. In line with Nova Scotia regulations for dog breeding, our puppies are all natural, featuring long tails and floppy ears. While the general practice for puppies is to wean at eight weeks, we aim for 10 weeks, which our vet confirms is the most preferred approach.
